I have always had a passion for understanding the journey of wellness and, with after more than 20 years of experience in the healing arts, I am totally passionate about BodyTalk a powerful, comprehensive, non intrusive Holistic Health Care system which has helped uplift and change my life for the better.
As a BodyTalk Practitioner and BodyTalk Access Instructor, I see my clients develop a sense of well-being, have more energy, aches and pains disappear and they experience changes which bring them into a place of health and wellness.

I use BodyTalk and BodyTalk Access on a daily basis for myself, family and friends and am excited at the way in which BodyTalk Access helps my clients to help themselves.

I started my healing journey at primary school as a St John Ambulance Cadet and continued through a Banking career and motherhood. I have been a volunteer for North Shore Mental Health Network, North Shore Hospice and NZ Aids Foundation and later worked as a Practice Manager/receptionist for a GP.

In the early 1980s I studied Massage therapy, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and taught and practiced massage in my clinic. In 1995 I studied Aura Soma to level 3 and became a qualified Practitioner. I also trained in light and colour therapy with Bioptron Light™, Crystal healing and Energy Healing.

I found BodyTalk in 2004 and started training in Feb 2005 after a year of personal experience. I qualified as a Practitioner in July 2005 and have now combined all my knowledge into one integrated health care practice – BodyTalk. I chose to name my clinic Sunshine Wellness Clinic as "Sunshine" is a nickname and I love the warmth of the sun. Without sunlight we would not survive so I see it as "bringing light to wellbeing".

I have studied and completed BodyTalk Modules 1, 2, 1 & 2 advanced practical, 3, 4/7, 5, 6, 9, Right Brain Practical, Mindscape, BodyTalk Interactive, Traditional Chinese Medicine for BT, Access, and Advanced Modules Integration. I am currently studying PaRama BodyTalk and continue with annual updates to keep abreast of current developments and advances in the BodyTalk System.

I am a founding member New Zealand BodyTalk Association, and held the position of Secretary for a two-year period.

I am also a member of the International BodyTalk Association and support the ideals and standards set forth by those associations.
