At Otago University, I studied Physical Education and Secondary Teaching, which lead into a career in coaching tennis in NZ, South Pacific and Germany.

I was inquisitive about the formula for High Performance and what held certain individuals and organisations back.

After studying several other systems, I find BodyTalk training has given me the skill and knowledge of the human body to give clients the best result for them.

I've completed BodyTalk Modules 1 & 2 several times, Module 3 consciousness, Module 6 meridians, astrology, Chinese clock, Module 9 Matrixes (groups), Module 4/7, BodyTalk Interactive with John Veltheim, Animal Talk, and Mindscape.

My interests include massage, intuitive healing and bodywork which can add a physical aspect to your sessions.
