Certified BodyTalk Practitioner

BodyTalk appeals both to my logical engineering brain and to the intuitive creative side. Soon after experiencing BodyTalk I was drawn to learn more about this amazingly simple but effective modality and to become a practitioner. It is fascinating to see and hear the results that are achieved through BodyTalk.

Since learning about BodyTalk and studying at the New Zealand College of Massage, my life has completely changed. I have learnt so much about myself and life, and as a result my stress levels and anxiety have reduced. I feel like I’m figuring out who I really am and what motivates me and makes me happy. Finally, I’m excited about the future, rather than dwelling on the past, whilst also aiming to live in the moment!

I provide both massage and BodyTalk sessions and combined packages. I tailor your massage session to your needs, ranging from full-body relaxation to more specific treatment of areas which may require more attention.

I am a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner (CBP) and have completed the advanced modules 3 and 4(7) and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for BodyTalk. I also have a Diploma of Health Sciences in Therapeutic Massage; a Certificate of Allied Therapies; an undergraduate degree in Engineering Acoustics and Vibration and a Masters degree in Ocean Engineering specialising in underwater acoustics.
